Olivia’s thirst for justice first led her to our firm in 2017 as a paralegal. During that time, she developed a strong foundation in client advocacy, document drafting, and client support. Her experience in that role further inspired her to pursue law school, leading her to Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in New York. Prior to law school, Olivia earned her Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Professional and Technical Writing from Weber State University.
After graduating and passing the bar exam, Olivia practiced law in New York doing general liability and insurance defense, where she focused on motion practice and courtroom advocacy. Her work included drafting persuasive legal arguments, trial advocacy, and navigating complex legal issues. She later relocated back to Utah to be near family, and with her passion for family law still burning, she reunited with our firm as a skilled and knowledgeable attorney.
Olivia is a tenacious and dedicated advocate, particularly in family law, where she finds deep personal satisfaction in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She is driven to assist clients through challenging transitions, whether it’s protecting parental rights, resolving custody disputes, or guiding families toward resolution. She’s ready for any challenge. In addition to her strong legal writing and litigation skills, Olivia is adept at client communication, case strategy, and negotiation.
Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her dog, and golfing.
