Background and Experience
McKinley was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and received her law degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
McKinley has been a dedicated family law attorney since 2019, with experience in both private practice and the nonprofit legal sector. With a passion for advocating for individuals and families in difficult situations, she specializes in divorce proceedings, child custody matters, and protective orders. McKinley prides herself on her clear communication and personalized legal strategies to meet each client’s unique needs.
