Marci is originally from Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida where she earned her degree in Psychology. She then studied law at Stetson Law School and became a member of the Florida Bar in 2000. Marci launched into her legal career as a child advocate. She represented the State of Florida in dependency and termination of parental right cases. Marci was later awarded two contracts with the Ninth Judicial Circuit: appellate representation for parents whose rights had been terminated; and the Attorney ad Litem contract. One of Maric’s proudest achievements as an AAL was obtaining citizenship for a teenager who was orphaned not long after moving to the United States. It is clear that Marci is passionate about pursuing the best interests of her clients and their children through her advocacy. She utilizes her decades of experience to assist her clients in tackling any family law challenge they may come across, and does so in a sensitive but determined manner. Marci has a positive energy that offsets the often-difficult circumstances she faces in her family law work. She is a joy to work with.
Marci and her family relocated to Utah in 2016 after discovering the fabulous seasons and family-friendly environment Utah offers.
