Paralegal

Background & Experience

Diana has over 14 years of multi-jurisdictional experience handling family law, civil litigation and criminal defense matters in Idaho, Nevada and Utah. She began her career in 2009 while working for a contract attorney general for the State of Idaho and a family law and criminal defense attorney for nearly 10 years. Diana later advanced her expertise handling matters surrounding criminal defense and medical malpractice for several years in the State of Utah until relocating to Nevada where she joined a prominent family law firm in Las Vegas serving as a client liaison during all aspects of litigation including motion practice, hearings, depositions and trials. Although she has experience in many legal areas, family law has always had her heart. She couldn’t wait to get  back into domestic matters, where she feels she can truly make a difference in the lives of others. Diana is a driven individual who strives to be the best in all she does.  She holds a B.A. in Psychology, and in her efforts to continuously excel, she plans to continue her education to become a Licensed Paralegal Practitioner.

Diana works closely with our attorneys in Salt Lake City handling complex family law matters. She strives to provide personal attention to each client while assisting them through the often-difficult, sensitive and confidential process of family law litigation. She has extensive drafting experience, and is a phenomenal writer. Her personal experiences with divorce, child custody battles, and adoption help her to offer compassion and a deep understanding of the challenges our clients are facing.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys playing softball, live music and traveling to visit her family.
