Background and Experience
Olivia first joined our firm in 2017 as a paralegal, where she quickly developed a reputation for her relentless work ethic, sharp legal mind, and dedication to client advocacy. Her experience drafting documents, supporting clients, and navigating complex legal matters inspired her to pursue law school at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in New York. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Professional and Technical Writing from Weber State University prior to law school.
After graduating and passing the bar exam, Olivia practiced law in New York doing general liability and insurance defense, where she focused on motion practice and courtroom advocacy. Her work included drafting persuasive legal arguments, trial advocacy, and navigating complex legal issues. She later relocated back to Utah to be near family, and with her passion for family law still burning, she reunited with our firm as a skilled and knowledgeable attorney, bringing both extensive litigation experience and a fierce dedication to her clients.
Olivia is a tenacious and dedicated advocate, particularly in family law, where she finds deep personal satisfaction in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She is driven to assist clients through challenging transitions, whether it’s protecting parental rights, resolving custody disputes, or guiding families toward resolution. She’s ready for any challenge. Known for her strategic approach, sharp legal writing, and courtroom presence, Olivia ensures her clients’ interests are represented fully and uncompromisingly at every stage.
Outside the office, Olivia enjoys hiking with her dog, golfing, and spending time outdoors.
