Erin serves as the Director of Operations at Burton Family Attorneys and has been a key member of the firm for over a decade. Drawing on several years of management and customer service experience from a large Berkshire Hathaway establishment, she has played an instrumental role in the firm’s growth and ongoing success. Erin now focuses on developing comprehensive resources and training programs to empower staff, ensuring that team members have the tools and knowledge to better support our clientelle.
Known for her ambitious and innovative approach, Erin constantly works to advance the firm’s processes and systems, helping the team operate efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. Our firm is a leader in our local industry and part of that is related to her driven innovation. She thrives on mentoring and supporting employees, fostering a collaborative environment that allows the entire office to function effectively and provide exceptional support to clients during some of life’s most challenging moments.
Erin is deeply committed to the firm’s mission of reducing the legal burden on clients. While she may not meet every family personally, her leadership ensures that clients receive consistent, attentive guidance and support throughout their cases. Outside the office, Erin enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, baking desserts, and spending time in the mountains. She loves being with her husband, their son and daughter, and their dog, Nutmeg.
