As founder and managing attorney, he focuses on oversight, strategy and business development. His dedication to mentorship has been recognized with the Utah State Bar Outstanding Mentor Award.

Over the course of his legal career, Ken has earned a reputation as a highly effective advocate and has been honored as one of Utah’s Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine. He was also named Utah’s Outstanding Family Law Lawyer of the Year in 2020 by the Family Law Section of the Utah State Bar. Though his focus today is on firm leadership more than day-to-day litigation, his influence, experience, and guidance continue to benefit the firm on a daily basis.

Outside the office, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He has nine children, and loves teaching and spoiling his growing group of grandchildren. He is active in his church and enjoys being outdoors—whether mountain biking, running, backpacking, skiing, or exploring new trails.
