When you use the stand contact us form, the live chat services, or the make a payment link(s) we collect personal information such as name, address, phone number, case/account number, etc. We also collect personal information in an optional survey when you retain us. All information solicited and received in these situations is treated confidentially by Burton Law Firm, PC and restricted to official use by Burton Law Firm, PC and/or the proper admitting authorities.

Credit Card Transactions

All credit card transactions are processed through Burton Law Firm, PC via Authorize.net and their privacy policy. Burton Law Firm, PC does not disclose credit card information for any other purpose. Credit card transactions are used to pay Burton Law Firm, PC for services, case expenses, past due accounts/debts, etc.
