Tammy

TammyTammy joined our firm as lead Collection Paralegal upon her relocation from Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Westfield State College.  She has extensive experience in collection related commercial and consumer litigation. She also helps creditors understand and comply with consumer protection statutes.

Tammy’s duties include: drafting legal pleadings and correspondence, the preparation of mechanic's liens and other correspondence for clients and defendants; as well as negotiating payment plans and settlements. Tammy is also trained in skip tracing and asset searches. Ms. Dougherty maintains the calendar on collection files for payment.

Back East, Ms. Dougherty was active in Community Organizations including the USO, Chamber of Commerce, where she served on the Revitalization of Downtown Committee.  She has also been involved with youth having served in the Boys and Girls Club and coached High School softball and basketball.  She is also an IABBO Board certified High School Basketball Official.  She is looking forward to becoming more active in the Ogden Community.

Tammy is the proud mother of three sons who are currently serving in the United States Military.
