Kenneth W. Burton

Attorney Kenneth W. Burton was admitted to practice law in the State of Utah in 2002. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University, his law degree from the University of Idaho and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Washington State University. He also has a business background, having owned or operated several businesses and franchises, which gives him a practical, bottom-line approach to the practice of law.

Ken enjoys the practice of law because he feels he is able to directly better the lives of his clients. He practices in the areas of family law, collections, corporate and civil litigations, bankruptcy, personal injury and criminal defense.

Having twice been named one of Utah's Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine, Ken has a solid reputation as an effective advocate. He is actively involved in local and state bar associations, serves on various boards of directors and with volunteer organizations, and as a mentor for newly admitted attorneys.

When not practicing law, Ken enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, running marathons, skiing and being in the outdoors.
